CANCELLATION POLICY

To provide the best service for all of my clients and respect my time, I have updated my cancellation policy. Please review the following guidelines: 24-Hour Notice Requirement: I kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to accommodate other clients on my waitlist. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice may be charged full service amount, and may be required to prepay for future bookings. I understand that emergencies happen, and life happens and am usually very flexible please just let me know! If you have an unavoidable situation, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
